Ink cartridges for my printer

I purchased some ink cartridges for my office supplies & they are faulty,it took for ever to get a response after several attempts to contact them & then they just have me the run around, I wouldn't buy anything from them again, a pathetic unethical business!

Approximate cost: $300

I had the most shocking experience with this company. I bought an HP wireless colour printer on 15 January 2021. First of all, delivery was extra slow even though I paid extra for express. Then, eight months later, the printer stopped working. I contacted the seller who kept on insisting that it was a warranty issue and I had to deal with Hewlett Packard myself. To avoid tearing my hair out, I contacted Hewlett Packard who ended up having to fix my printer twice. I don't know how long the printer will last now but all I wanted to do when the printer packed up was to send it back for a refund and I was not allowed to do this. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product develops a major fault like my printer did, you are entitled to demand a refund or a replacement but this business would not allow me to choose either one. I sent a written complaint and the seller responded by saying he has been helping me by advising me to contact Hewlett Packard myself. Buyers are supposed to deal with the seller, not the manufacturer but the seller refused to help me. I even included the ACCC's email response to my complaint which stated "The retailer can’t refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer or importer" but he doesn't think he is doing anything wrong.

I wouldn't recommend this business. I had no problems until recently and they refused to assist me. They told be I had to go to the manufacturer because it was under warranty.

Stay away from this business! Charged me for a printer they could not deliver, and even notified me that they had shipped it to me, and then admitted they never had it in the first place. Now I am trying to get a refund.

Buyers beware!!! They may have cheap prices, but if anything goes wrong with the product expect no service. The facts from my experience. 1. Bought printer. 2. Used printer and steam was coming out the top (2 weeks from purchase approx). 3. Called up to get fixed and was told that the management was overseas and nothing can be done until the management gets back in two weeks. 4. Three weeks later, finally organised to take printer back with management, when i arrived i forgot my receipt. I asked the management if they could search through their computer as i knew the day and the amount to which management replied "I am late for a meeting and I do not have time to find your receipt" (Exact words). I was told it would take a few days for the technician to check it out and get back to me. 5. Received a call from their technician an hour later stating there is nothing wrong with it and I can collect it. 6. I asked if the technician could get the management to call me as i did not feel comfortable with a printer that lets out steam. 7. I called a week later as no one returned my call. 8. Talk to management and they agreed to credit 75% of the value of my printer to another model. I agreed with them and asked for a week or two to pick a new model. 9. Emailed management a week and half later with a model and was told no exchange will now be given and instead i will be given a warranty replacement printer. 10. Called management up to dispute this considering are previous agreement. They replied "I did not give it to you in writing so I do not have to do it". 11. Received printer today exactly the same one i sent them, so much for a warranty replacement. For the sake of saving $20 this is the service i had to deal with.
