Friendly and have a manner customer service.
Always have a special fare.
Submit your email in their mailing list..so they will send you whatever special come up.

I used this travel agent to book my Sydney to Jakarta return.
After researching to other competitor and websites, I found that they gave me the best price in town. They directly give me the best low price, not like other travel agents who do not inform you of promotion fares.

The location is very good, as it is near University of New South Wales. And there is a lot of parking space available infront of the office.

When I entered the place, they gave me tea. I cant find this service anywhere else. The consultant is very patient. I think his name is Anton, if I am not wrong. I get my ticket in 5 minutes, very efficient.

They usually provide the best price for Indonesian destination, so I will use them again next time I am going back to Indonesia.

One of the worst Travel Agents I have ever dealt with. We are planning for a trip back to Indonesia and was promised a particular fare (and staff there confirmed that this was the case) - but then on payment date, they backed out and used another fare. Obviously this threw our plans out of order and we were dumbfounded by the lack of action from Netfare staff (including the manager) to work out anything with us. Apparently their reasoning is that it was their staff's mistake (who they admitted was poorly trained) and that there is nothing else they can do to fix that mistake. Effectively they were saying "accept our mistake or just leave" - which is extremely bad service quality and very unprofessional. "Sorry" was the only thing we got - not even a single attempt to form a deal to compensate of what was their staff's mistake. DO NOT TRUST what Netfare is offering, cheaper doesn't mean better (especially the extremely poor service quality).

Always very patient, especially as we like to do some things ourselves and can be a bit fussy. They have no problem changing arrangements if we need to, and is always quick to respond to emails. always friendly and welcoming, and eager to help with our next trip, and appreciates any feedback we bring back about our experiences.
