Terrible. Out of approximately 40 DVD's we have hired (some of them series) we have had about 70% of them which we have been unable to watch. These have mostly been older series such as Dexter, Mrs Browns Boys etc. The disks freeze and you have to skip and entire section to get it to work again. We have told them about this repeatedly but they don't seem to listen. We will join Blockbuster instead.
