My husband and I have been going to New Belgrave Motors for 18 months. My husband who is very fussy and critical does not have a bad word to say about the service we receive.
Everyone from the boys to Cindy and Mel are professional, friendly and very thorough. I can't recommend them enough. You'll always walk away satisfied.

i needed both drive shafts replaced in my mazda. mazda quoted me $2000 a side, rang new belgrave motors and couldnt get my car in fora week but worth the wait, they kept me informed all day of things that needed to be done and advised us on how to go about it ourselves to save some money, the total bill for both sides was $600, this is not the first time they have helped us, they are happy to give free advice and have even lent me tools to save a few dollars

Quoted me around 900.00 for a job but was unable to do all the work as I needed the car so did around 300.00 worth and booked it in for 2 weeks time with 600.00 left to pay upon completion. When returned they forgot had left to do so explained the front end needed work etc, and briefed them on what was left ...Went to pick up and bill was double what they quoted. they said they had only quoted me for ONE SIDe of the car instead of both sides at front end. Was really angry and owner then said, "meet me halfway" so he droped 250.00 off the 1200. When I went to get in the car the window had been left open and front seat was flooded. A few months later I have had to replace both front tyres as they were also supposed to get wheel alignment done with the work they did and my front tyres have shredded unevenly on the outside.

Excellent Mechanics and great customer service. Its a place where you can take your car and not feel intimidated by the grease monkeys. The people that work there are considerate, professional and know how to fix cars!

Great workshop, great customer service, much better prices than others around the area, drop off and delivery service and you can get your fuel there too!!
* Left my original rating in November 07....my husband has since bought into this business, however I was a paying customer for 6 years prior to this and have never had an issue with this business on a customer level.
