I came in at the start of October for a massage with my partner we both had an hour an a half worth of treatment. I asked for a relaxation massage which to me (being a beauty therapist myself) means slow effleurage movements (relaxing, superficial) and asked for soft pressure. She ended up using her elbows behind my knee's with hard pressure and draining movements away from the heart which resulted in waking up with excruciating pain and to this day is still swollen, painful (two weeks later) and have had to see the doctor numerous times and a vascular specialist as now i have veins popping up all over my legs. I have tried multiple times via email and phone to get in contact with them and have been blatantly ignored. Leaving this review so no one else goes through what i am going through. The lack of client care/ well being and blatant disregard for professionalism is a huge disappointment.

I have used Holistic Health at New Farm for osteopath treatment and found it a good service. They have evening appointments available and are in a convenient location. Osteopaths are well qualified and experienced.

I had been to the one in Brisbane a year ago and loved it so I tried the new farm one and was pleased to know it was just as good. One of the best massages i've had and best value for money. We got a special promotion and got an hour and a half massage for only $88.

The first time i went to Holistic Health i was a little apprehensive as i was having COLON Hydrotherapy.....past experiences were not so positive. But the minute i arrived i was taken care of like i was a good friend or a regular at the center. From the receptionist to the owners and to the fabulous Angel who looks after you ....the experience is amazing. I never knew having colon hydrotherapy could be so much fun. i long for my sessions just because the service is so good and the people just make you feel good and welcome. i found the center to be very efficient and the technician to be very caring and supportive of your needs and requirements.....I would recommend everyone to go there.
