I completely agree with everyone else. I won a second chance draw competition by filling in my details at our local supermarket. Very unprofessional. My hair and make up looked like it had been put on with closed eyes! Was told the photos would be retouched, they weren't. I was also not told of the prices until after we had sat down and gone through the photo's. The prices were outrageous especially compared to what you are recieving. The photos were very very poor quality. I was styled only in old feather boas and an oversized white collard shirt which was unwashed, filthy with makeup stains from other people. We were made to tavel 45 minutes to the destination of their choice, only to be told by them that their next stop was in our home town anyway. When we recieved the photos in the mail 3 weeks later than the date they were supposed to arrive, we were very unhappy with the product. We were refused a refund by the rude defensive staff on the phone, who warned us that they had good lawyers, therefore they did not care what we had to say. I felt pressured to buy the photo packages which were ridiculously over priced. Overall it was a horrible experience, wish i never entered the competition! Minus 5 stars. Unprofessional. Strongly do not reccomend.

I agree with below. We waited 45 minutes and still hadn't had photos done. Makeup and hair didn not look good. We walked out as they still weren't ready for us. Tried to get sitting fee back was told no. I told them I hadn't sat for the photos as I walked out didn't want to wait anymore . I am telling everyone not to use them. Rude and ver unprofessional in every way. Mackay qld.

If I could put zero stars, I would. We didn't go ahead with the photo shoot, as we found out in advance that the photos were exhorbitantly expensive. We wee not advised of the additional costs involved, above our initial fee. It was only when I asked that we found out. When we asked for our money back, I received what can only be described as a lecture, before being told there would be no refund. Not happy!!

Only large prints can be purchased, and they encourage you to buy packages with framing included.The photos aren't standard sizes so frames are hard to buy later. The photographic and makeup style is a little outdated. Very eighties - Big hair, feather boas, dark eye make-up. The makeup artist lost interest after doing my initial application and resulted in a lip stick smear that was not noticed by her or the photographer til after the shoot. This was repaired by the photoshop technician prior to photos being sent. Prices are not mentioned until the shoot is over and I felt slightly pressured to make a purchase. Wouldn't reccommend unless you live rurally, as it is convenient that they do travel around Australia making this service available to those who wouldn't normally have access.
