My neighbour recommended Newcastle Roofing Professionals to repair my roof, check for broken tiles and clean the gutters. After experiencing their professionalism, I too recommend Newcastle Roofing Professionals for a job efficiently performed.

Came on time, was understanding and polite. Will have to wait for the rain to get the proof of the pudding though

Exceptional price and customer service. A highly recommended organisation to deal with.

Quote was more expensive then all others received, including with the '25% off'. Without the supposed '25% off' quote would have come in at more than $10,000 compared to all other quotes.

Salesman used false and misleading information to get the job, including stating things could be done reusing existing leaf guard) when, if he had been a roofer and checked himself, he would have know it wasn't possible; as well as lying about the products being used (blaming competitors for using Chinese made products based on the size of the product only, and stating they use Australian Made but when the products arrived there were the same as competitors - so either lied about competitors using Chinese products OR them using only Australian Made). I am now out of pocket more $$ onto of the expensive quote.
I suggest asking for an itemised quote so you know exactly what you are paying for and the salesman can't use tactics like 'at cost price' or 'for free' (yet charge more than everyone else).

Can't fault the workmanship of the contractors (Moore Roofing).

Since the job, I received flowers, chocolates and wine as an apology for the unprofessional customer service and whilst I appreciate the gesture, it still doesn't replace the fact that I need to spend another $2000 to fix the job they couldn't.
