it all really depends on the day whether you will be seen to quick or not,they offer an appointment service and a walk in service sometimes you could be left waiting for hours other times you could be in and out,most of the doctors are pretty good cant really complain they do bulk bill too

definately not my first choice of drs clinics to go to. the wait even if you have an appointment is always really long , theres been times that ive been waiting 2 hrs past my appointment time which is extremely frustarting

mix feelings on this clinic. If you go and line up before opening hours, you wont have to wait long to be seen. Later in the day you will have to wait a lot longer and sometimes be turned away. Staff at front desk are all friendly. This clinic is bulk billing. There is also a chemist next door

ridiculous wait times even if you have an appt and quite often u can arrive there at 9 am only to be told that they are no longer taking patients for that day, quite dissapointing especially when you have sick kids

Hard to do the rating on this one, as it is very conflicting. The front staff/nurses are great...always polite and helpful. The doctors.....hmmmm......it totally depends on what they have at the time. As a "free clinic" (kinda) they only have doctors they are given, so sometimes they have more than enough, and other times they are left with one doctor all day. Most of the doctors work very hard, and are efficient and polite doctors.....but occasionally you get one you would rather not see. Best idea is to find one that you like and then only get sick on days they are working...lol.
