The customer service in this shop is bad, no smiling or greetings, specially the lady who serve there. Information always incorrect specially Australia Post services, they don't know what they are doing. They should have Australia Post training about services and products they sell, specially in Registered articles, banking and sending parcel overseas. They lack in knowledged and Customer Service.
