My father order the Nibbler from a tv advert the week before & following week we went to a tiny house expo & the Nibbler owner was in attendance we spoke with him he was so friendly & welcoming he called his office to see how far our item was from delivery. Bianca in office was efficient, quick to find our order & explain why a shipping charge was added! The owner was so kind in relation to the charge of a shipping fee that he gave my father a gift on the spot for the inconvenience.

I can only recommend this company service & value highly & as true to her word (Bianca) our item turned up 2 days later.

My father couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his purchase he’s yet to use it but as soon as he does I will again write another review on the product.

They have alot to offer on there website and when i had questions regarding my purchase i emailed them and got an answer within a reasonable time frame. They were able to tell me when appox delivery would be. Great service
