Purchased iPad with 3G and startup Telstra micro sim . The sim card was sold as having included 3 GB of data, however on getting this home the fine print read that only 1gb was included unless service was registered with Telstra by June 2010( 5 months prior to purchase!). Contact with the salesman/manager was completely unhelpful. he had no suggestions ,said could not do anything about it despite having sold an out of date product, was unapologetic and incorrectly stated that Telstra was selling these cards as startup with only 1gb of data. Surpriisngly Telstra call centre were more helpful. It was not so much the amount of money involved but the attitude of the salesperson
