About Us

NextGen Property Mgmt was founded by Chris Dimitropoulos, the proud owner of a multi property portfolio in Sydney and Melbourne. Chris founded NextGen Property Mgmt because he wanted to offer property investors - like himself - what they deserved. With over 20 years in the industry and having seen the good, the bad and sometimes... the woeful, Chris set out to start a business in an industry that only few do well. Today we are one of the best property management companies in Sydney and Melbourne.

We manage all aspects of the rental lifecycle including:

Regular inspections and formal Rent Reviews every 12 months
Sourcing and managing tenants and addressing tenant needs
Managing repairs and maintenance to the best value for money

Handling rent and all outgoings such as water, strata, and council rates
Attending Tribunal on our customers' behalf

NextGen have been managing my properties for 6 months now and I am so very happy with the service and support. As a landlord, Chris and Patty make owning property much easier than I’ve experienced in the past. The properties and tenants are the same, only change is the management.
