Great service consistently. I agree with another reviewer - they smile genuinely and treat you like a valued customer. I make it a point to get my magazines from here rather than a supermarket for two reasons - to support my local news agency but mostly importantly because they have exceptional service. All the staff are friendly. They completed my child's school book pack quickly and packed it so it was easy to transport. They have also put magazines I have requested away for me to collect. Supporting my local news agency is easy because of this experience.

It's nice to actually get a smile from people every time you go into their shop. Every one of the people who work there treat you like you are important to them. For something mundane like buying a newspaper or magazine you don't usually expect this kind of greeting.
