Having an extremely heavy month of work throughout January, Casey's personal attention to detail, capacity to take a brief quickly and clearly, her thoroughness and ability to take all of the heavy loading off your hands and make everything seem easy is an absolute gift (and talent).

In my case, from organising house valuations, to making a rented apartment feel like a home in turning it into a place full of stocked and handy necessities (and luxuries), to organising a dream overseas holiday with little more than 48 hours notice and hitting the spot in every area from flight times, to transfers at the airport (waiting with water, cold towels, city guides and a smiling, English speaking, friendly driver), to finding and organising the perfect resort (and suggested places to eat and visit) to enable me to have a truly relaxing, carefree and enjoyable holiday from start to finish - well, I could not possibly have asked for more.
