They dyed my hair twice and both times I was unhappy with the results. First time it was too dark, next time it was a bit greenish. I had a better hair colour when I dyed them myself with $15 dye from pharmacy. The price was high and they didn't accept the card, I had to run to the closest ATM to take a cash. They were friendly. Once I had to wait for quite a long time although I had an appointment.
