Beautiful centre, poor management and staff. Very cold environment, uncaring and indifferent.
At orientation they sell the idea of an app where parents get post of what the kids do during the day
In the 3months my sons were there I only received 1-2 post a month. My kids are at a new centre and once you experienced another centre you realize just how bad Nido is.

Loved the new centre look, but hate their staff management. I can feel they try to cut down their budget by hiring inexperience carers to look after your kids. It felt like no one actually responsible for you kids, they just attend to your kids when they cry. They wore gloves to wipe down your kids face??? Really??? Are they scared of toddler??? The whole things just seem inorganised, lack of staff and no one take responsibility to what happen to your kids. Tried to give feed back to their Centre Manager, but felt useless, she has excusess for every single thing. Choose other centre if you have options...

This brand new child care looks appealing. But service wise??? Big zero. They hire only a few experience carers, and the rest are just fresh graduate with no previous child care experience at all. Sometimes they have more children than what they are allowed to have. I means, one carer looks after more than 4 children (even just for a short period of time. I believe this is their excuse). Other occasion, they have their admin person or the chef or whoever around that place to stay in the room just to comply with 1 to 4 ratio. It just seems very chaos... I came for few weeks (I gave notice straight away) and then decided to move my kids to other centre due to their unprofessionalism, and I dont have heart to leave my beloved kids in their untrusted hands any longer!
