Bought a washing machine online. Got delivered the next day. Very Happy with the service. even got a call to ask if someone will be home to receive the delivery.
I got to say it was very surprising the speedy turn around. The price was competitive as well as i shopped around and Nightingale's came the cheapest even with the delivery.

I like this place, but understand the stuff they sell are imports and cheap, look around compare and don't be afraid to ask the staff "what is the return rate " on a product, remember the item you want may be cheap enough that you could replace it three times before you pay the same price as a brand name product, but this is similar to known brands that now make there products in china and the quality is lacking, use Mr Google and research

dont bother buying a water pump. costly and cheapest quality. you'll end up going somewhere else to buy a half decent one.

I searched the internet for days to try to find a portable air conditioner at a good price
What I found was perfect the right price delivery cost minimal the only catch was there the three to four day wait on delivery and I wanted it ASAP. I searched a lot of other retail out lets and was astounded by the variations in prices for the same product, and how the big name family orientated stores have such huge mark ups even on so called sale items. Any way I put to gether a list of stores and jumped in the car and of I went but in the back of my mind I kept thinking about nightingale electronics so I decided to make that my first port of call. I would have been there for no more than 15 minutes and I had what I wanted for less than I intended to pay. It ended up being cheaper than the lowest price I could find on the internet .and the staff attentive considerate and friendly, five stars they deserve ten.

Thank guy's luke61

Bought a Jet Water Pump 2 years ago, cheap as chips. Compared to other similar pumps I would prefer to replace this pump every few years. Has been working great, and hard, since installation.

Approximate cost: $200

Hello
I have bought 10 items from Nightingale 4 pumps, 1 dishwasher, 4 kitchen appliances and some tools. 3 pumps have failed in 1 to 2 years - 1 was repaired and failed again because the replacement pump seal supplied by Nightingale is not right. Because of the low prices and the attempts to help I am not complaining a lot. The dishwasher pump has failed twice and was fixed once at Nightingale by cleaning the pump and now by a local for $125 and now it is the timer controller. So I am careful about what I buy - try to limit my self to simple items. I think these are very low quality factories so they only offer the reliability of Australian manufactures of 20 years ago. Sometimes I judge the prices to be low enough to take the risk. I think I am slightly behind compared to better quality higher prices as mainstream prices have fallen rapidly and are not as different to Nightingale. I tend to buy secondhand better quality if I can.

I purchased a Nightingale Fridge/Freezer just over 15 months ago, and at approximately 14 months the fridge stopped working. When I spoke to a Lady over the phone it was made quite clear that it was outside the warranty and nothing would be done. I find it hard to believe that a company branding its products with the slogan "Lasts a life time" actually would consider 14 mths as a lifetime. I then had two independent refrigeration mechanics quote me on the work needed to get it running again and both quotes come in more than what the fridge was worth. The reasons given to me was the internal heater was possibly faulty and not performing its role, however due to the poor internal assembly of components, ( I recall one of them calling it a "dogs Breakfast" ) it would be such a labour intensive job. Unfortunately I was hoping for a better solution and am bitterly dissapointed with the end result.

Approximate cost: $600.00
