I'd like to give a shout out to Melbourne Pathology Collection staff. The experience my companion had today was exceptional. I have worked in pathology and also have seen many collection centres. This collection centre was staffed by very welcoming collection staff and I witnessed the best and most professional collection that I have ever seen.

Receptionists are woeful arrogant and take pleasure in being as unhelpful as possible. Doctors are good but you can't access them without having to deal with the apaulling attitude of the receptionists.

I've been a patient for around 20 years as I've moved in and out of the area. I felt comfortable here as a teenager/young adult, and now as a mum I happily take my kids. Many of the doctors have been here for a very long time - great for continuity of care. Handy extras are the proceudre room (I had small procedure done), the nurse (kids' immunisaitons), pathology (bloods) and the skin clinic (sunspots lasered off). Online booking system is handy. They bulk-bill kids. I've been happy with Dr White (male) for the kids and seen mostly Dr Royce (female) for myself. Both seemed thorough, made me feel well informed, and friendly/easy to talk to. Some evening and weekend appointments available. Wait times have varied.

Appears to be a good range of doctors. Generally don't have to wait too long. Children under I think age 7 or 10 are bulk billed which is great. Also have a nurse on site for immunisations and a melbourne pathology. Reception staff are always friendly.

I have now used a couple of doctors at this clinic and they have all been friendly, professional and take the time to listen. Dr Carloyn Royse is now my doctor of choice. She is very thorough and makes you feel at ease and cared for.

Dr Carloyn Royse is an excellent G.P. at the Medical Centre. She is very thorough and takes the time to listen to her patients, I never feel rushed. She is also open to other therapies/ complementary medicine if appropriate and will refer for further investigations if indicated. She is a trustworthy G.P.
