I apparently had a 'delux' facial today. I recevied a 30 sec shoulder massage and to wipe off the cleanser, scrub ans mask they used Woolworths baby wipes. For $110 I think this was pitiful. You could do a better job at home yourself. Never again will I go to the Miranda store.

They are a total rip off and misleading. I visited salon twice with the special waxing prices, which cost me $65, on my third visit I was charged $ 96 still on that same promotion. When I questioned why I cost so much they said it depends on hair growth. The irony is that I hardly had any hair compared the last time. To top it off she charged me a 10 percent surcharge for using a credit card. Which I never did before. Who ever I have told are disgusted. Word of mouth is the best and worst advertising.

I have been here for beauty treatments several times. I have enjoyed the experiences that I have had here, especially the massages and facial treatments.
I have recently undergone a series of laser treatments. While one area is looking fantastic, another area is looking quite patchy, as different staff have a different definition of where the treatment starts and ends on this area.
While I know they have a business and need to sell products, I feel that the staff are quite pushy in their selling of products and treatments.
I think I will stick to massages and facials at this salon.

I was given a gift voucher for christmas, the staff were very professional and the beauty therapist that looked after me was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about. I walked out so relaxed and my skin has never felt any better. I just started having IPL photorejuvenation and all my friends can't believe how great my skin looks. I recommended all my family and friends to go there and I buy gift vouchers for my family and friends to nirvana beauty. it is the best place I have been to.

I bought a range of new skincare products that Nirvana had recommended, which had money back guarantees, so it was a safe bet to give them a try. I only used the products for a few days before my skin reacted. So I took the products back, but they refused to refund my money. They were so rude & unprofessional. A few months later I was still trying to convince them to honour their guarantee but my calls were ignored & all I received was abusive emails. They lack integrity from management down, & their customer service is non existent. In the end, Nirvana was overriden by the product manufacturer who did not approve of Nirvana's actions. They personally refunded the money, which left them out of pocket, & Nirvana with money for a product that had been returned to the supplier. I would never shop in any of Nirvana's stores again.
