I felt like this was the worst experience ever. Never on time, (40 minutes late the first day); and variations on timing that left me sitting for a couple of whole days, when they didn't turn up). Online communications tool was not used properly; did not have access to it until the 3rd day of construct. It appeared to me that no one knew what they were doing because they had no access to online tool; and neither did I. Questions asked via this method were answered with "sorry the day got away from me" however, invoices were sent as urgent because they had not posted them in time for me to pay on time.

I was left with a terrible mess to clean up. Tyre punctured by nail from my wall; that's how bad their clean up was. Whole house covered in dust and debris, walls and floors damaged. Went overtime; had to get them back to correct plastering errors. Used unskilled labour in the tiling process. Left stuff not required for this job at my home for the duration of the job. Lighting incorrectly placed then replaced. Even removed the portaloo a half day before the toilet was installed. (I loved rushing off to the shops in that time). Upon return to correct plastering errors the final straw was the big white boot marks left in my lounge - again. There was mention in their advertising that this should be an enjoyable process, but it was completely the opposite. I am out of pocket for cleaning, have spent more than a week getting dust out of every centimetre of my house, and will have to pay for damage to walls and floors; that the contract allows indemnity for them for but not me. I personally would not use this company and am disappointed I didn't get recommendations from others before this happened. I felt they were disorganised, lacking in time management, and so incredibly inconsiderate of my time and property. Appalling.
