I was very disappointed with the customer service at No Chinz. I put my children in a camp for half a day. I took 2 buses and walked for 30mins to get the the shop, only to find it closed for stock taking. This was not communicated on the website or on the phone message. I knocked on the door just to see if I could have a quick look so my journey wasn't in vain, only to be told rudely that they were shut and I would have to come back another day. I took my 2 buses home again feeling extremely upset. I really could have spent my time more wisely.

I went to this store as I had seen their nice advertisements in high-end publications so I assumed their service as well as their products, would be of premium quality. Not only did they completely muck up my order, the salesperson then rang to tell me it was my fault (even though all the paper work said otherwise). They reluctantly offered to fix their error only if I paid half. Not once did they apologise for their mistake or the salesperson's rude behaviour. I found them to be unprofessional.
