I was still a bit skeptical when I went to see these guys but was desperate to stop smoking and had tried everything else. I was asked loads of questions about my smoking habit when I made the appointment. The hypnotherapist took a lot of time explaining what was involved, why people smoke, how your mind works which relaxed me and helped my confidence. I haven't had a cigarette since February. If I do or go back to smoking ever, I don't need to pay for another session
