would not recommend this agency. they have an user unfriendly tenancy application, which ask for all references being provided in written form. how very old-fashioned and out of date. no one will be inclined to spend their time writing references - neither current property manager, or boss, or any other person that gave a favor by providing such reference.
Management of this agency has to wake up to the fact that we are leaving in 21st Century when live is too busy for such non-sense.
