Customer service is absolutely horrible! Not only do you have to wait at least 15 mins before someone answers the phone, they then give you incorrect information, which results in making further calls, and you’re lucky if you can speak with someone that knows the products or the policies. I will NEVER shop at any stores that fall under Mosaic Brands, and will voice my opinions about my experience everywhere! Very disappointing, to say the least!!

Noni B staff at this location offer great service with a friendly smile. They know their products and offer good advice as to sizes and colours to match your individual taste and body shape. Their clothing range is amazing and their clothing lasts because it is great quality. My mum and I have been shopping at Noni B for years.

The quality of the clothing was really good and most items of clothing were reasonably priced. The service was really good so there is a good chance of me going back.

Very helpful assistants. I found the garments ranged from inexpensive to more than I could afford. but there was a good selection and I found just what I was looking for. I will certainly recommend this store to my friends and I always look to see what new items they have.

Lady was quite rude when I walked into the shop and was of very little help shopping for bridesmaid dresses. After a while she decided to let us look at their catologue so we could choose styles of dresses.

The lady who served me was very helpful and actually told me what she thought of what I tried on - not just to sell the item. Very friendly service and efficient service.
