I have always found the staff very professional and extremely helpful. No matter what occasion, I go straight to this shop to buy an outfit. If I don't know exactly what will suit me I explain to the staff what I need the outfit for and they always choose items that suit me and that I really like. They also listen and assess what my personality is ie I don't like loud patterns and they always take this into consideration when bringing me outfits to try. I have also taken my mother there when she needed a special outfit and she was very happy with the service too. I have always found the staff here the most helpful and kindest of any staff in any retail shop I have been to.
