The quality of the Combination Omelette with Rice has nose-dived. It used to be served in one dish with a side dish of rice, and it was a favorite. It seems they must be cost cutting, because today it was just a small omelette on a large bed of white rice. Almost no sauce. Almost none of that lovely juiciness that should accompany a Combination Omelette. Much too dry. I'd rather pay more than get such an inferior dish.
