ASSAULTED & TERRIBLE STAFF
We had a group of 12 kids come in as a social event. We had issues with 4 rowdy teens throwing balls down everyones alley's being disruptive, damaging the business property, throwing hard lollies and hot chips at our group. Staff were UNHELPFUL, he just sat on his phone with earphones in.

One member of the group, quite possibly under the influence of something, assaulted my wife. Staff did not recognise and incident unfolding until I had almost fully removed the group from the business myself.

No apology offered from staff. Apalled at how this business is run. Not suitable for families and your staff member failed to provide a safe environment for our group.

Took the kids here and all enjoyed. The kids go crazy for the laser tag every where we go and they enjoyed this place almost as much as their favorite laze tag in Brissy. We all enjoyed the bowling. Good family fun at affordable prices.
Comment.$70 for a family 4

Approximate cost: $70

This place is more like a large dark shed in an industrial area and seems disorganised and understaffed. The service was not efficient nor friendly but this may be because they were so busy during a rainy school holiday time. We refused to pay upwards of $70 for a family of 4 to have 2 games of bowling so we settled for playing some arcade games to pass the time which seemed antiquated at best. Pool tables need repair and cues need chalk. Plenty of parking out front and not bad if you want a place to hang out with friends during wet weather. (3 games which may take an hour = $25 per adult)

Approximate cost: $25+
