BUYER BEWARE! Shocking company. Delivered faulty goods and accepted no responsibility (claimed I must have done it). They then said they would send a ‘care kit’ out for me to try and repair the fault myself – but surprise, surprise it never arrived.
And faults aside, the quality is generally just so so bad! The cheap, thin concrete clearly damages easily … also looks like it is already discolouring from rain after a month. Generally just really cheap quality – better to go to Freedom as at least they care about customer concerns and issues.
Avoid this store at all costs!
