What a wonderfull Vets. Our Dog Charlie a golden lab,was diagnosed with growths all through his stomach and severe arthritis. So we took him home friday so the kids could see him & say goodbye. Bryan was brilliant that day he phoned me keeping me in touch what was going on with Charlie (just come out of lockdown). I contacted the vets & and Raguel and ashley were so helpful they really care & understand what a death of your pet means.Tuesday we took charlie into the vets to euthanazed. My first intention was to drop charlie of and leave him to die I was a wreck! But instead I went in with Charlie, it was a wondefull experience, Lisa gave him a sedation Charlie had been busy eating dog treats,when that kicked in he stoopped eating,but he could still hear me and feel me stroking him. Lisa left me with Charlie for 10 to 15 minutes,She came back in and put a cathher in his leg, she gave him a ananesthesia then Charlie was out of it, And she administered
The other drugs it was very quick!

This is a good vet. They're very competent and always do a good job. However, it's not very personal. you never see the same vet twice and you always get the sense that their after your money. For example, I took my dog for an ear check up and then 2 weeks later got a reminder for his annual vaccination. They could have done it at the same time and saved us the extra consultation fee. This isn't an isolated event. This isn't the sort of place where they will suggest you wait and see how you go before using a treatment - if you know what I mean!

For the pets Doctor, its an amazing place, They offer a fast de-sexing service, with great kindness shown to your best mate, excellent location to, staff knew their job, and nothing is to much trouble,

We recently had two snakes sexed with Dr Sally Adams here - she was very friendly, and handled the snakes well considering one was a bit grumpy while shedding. We had only made the appointment for one snake, but she said to bring in two and only charged us the single consult fee, which was great!

There was a bit of a wait for our appointment, which is fine for warm-blooded animals but snakes need to a heat source be kept warm so they had to sit on our laps.

We did have a nearly two week wait for our appointment as we required an after-hours timeslot.

Sally was amazing at helping my Frankie get over his ear infection. The staff were lovely and I really felt that they cared. I'll be going back there forever!!

Amazing!!! A clinic more interested in the animal than in the money. Very loving and caring towards the animal. They explain everything in simple easy language that anyone can understand. Will definately be taking all my animals there in future

Sally Adams is the best vet, our dog was going her for many years until he recently pasted and Sally was a fantastic support to my mum when her beloved pet passed, we received a sympathy card via mail and Sally rang my mum to follow up with her about a week later, highly recommend this clinic

i have been to this vet on a number of occasions , when my dog was sick and it looked as though he may not make it the staff were so compassionate and caring and made me feel so much better i was able to visit him out of hours and they provided so much support , he made it and i have been a loyal customer ever since with all my pets

Great friendly staff who have a way with animals.They are very informed and make your pet feel at ease.I have been here any times and have always had positive experiences.
