Bought a puppy king charlesfor 1300 Was flea infested. Raced him to vets. Also had ear mites. Highly contagious and yeast infection. Owners will not contact me. Even blocked me from commenting on there facebook page. Stay away. You've been warned.

We got an Indian Ringneck from here, i had been looking in Ipswich for one and couldn't find one, so i popped into the north ippy pet shop and they didn't have one in the shop, however he had one off site in his Avery. so then and there he went and got him for me. couldnt be more happy with the service. they went above and beyond. they have also given me advise on our fish etc.

We got our boy (dog) from them. They are great! We fell in love from the moment we saw him and we knew we wanted him. They held him for us to go and get money out to pay as at the time we were not sure if we had enough money. They gave us lots of info and we got dog food and some toys as well. We go here all the time now to have a look around and they have a great variety of things for all animals.they are very friendly and helpful too always stop rushing with what they are doing to say a friendly hello.

These guys have been operating for a few years now and they have one of the largest range of reptiles I have ever seen, I you have a reptile liscence and are unsure of what to get, pop down there and im sure youll walk out with something you love.

Staff a little slow but are very friendly once you get to see one. The shop is very tiny and if more then a couple of customers in other at once hard to move around but other then this its very clean and they have a great variety of pets to choose from and products such as food and toys and just things you may need in general

I will always take my business to this pet shop, they have excellent customer service skills, service is great will always go back to them. I purchased two rats and all the trimmings they were very helpful and the pets are wonderful the children were very happy with the new purchase

North Ipswich Pet Shop has been operating for as long as I can remember. We recently started a fishtank set up at home and attended the pet shop for some supplies and fish. Unfortunately a few weeks later we had sick fish and the pet shop gave great advice and suggested a product to help, even offering to test a sample of the water if we wanted to bring some in. It was right on closing time so the help was much appreciated.
