On 4/07/22 we booked our 2 dogs into be boarded for 5 days @$50 per day for Jan 23. Mid Sept we rang requesting a refund because we cancelled our trip due to a serious accident requiring long term hospitalisation & ongoing treatment. To say the staff were unco-operative is being kind. Many telephone calls & non returned promised calls and 4 months notice & genuine reason for cancelling from us. After telling us all that they couldn’t do, they finally agreed to send a cheque which had taken 4 1/2 weeks and has $60 deducted for administration fees????Chq dated a week ago. Accompanied by a letter if we don’t agree perhaps we can contact our solicitor. How can a business run so ineffectually? Hang up on you, blame the Office Manager, blame the book keeper, not return calls & just tell untruths. We are/were their customers too.
