I would avoid using the Telehealth service because I used it on Monday afternoon 13th November 2003 with Dr Jack. They are now trying to charge me $19 when before I made the appointment I was told it was bulk bill so I would recommend making an appointment to see one of the doctors instead.

The staff are rude and abusive to their customers also they don't bulk bill anymore and they charge Pensioner's a fee, which is absolutely disgusting so I would avoid this medical centre all together and I would recommend going somewhere else.

I've been going here since 1999 and seen various Drs in the Centre, all of them are awesome.

BUT.......Dr. Anthony Lim is next level. He has an innate intuition that goes past education and learning - he has that X factor that reassures and knows. He ....just.....knows!!!

We have moved away from Rwd Nth but I refuse to go anywhere else. It's NRMC and Dr Lim, in particular, all the way for me.....and my family.

Make sure you read all the lowest rated reviews on Google before making any decisions to attend this medical centre!

Dr Scully should be reported. Unprofessional and bordering on incompetent. Misdiagnosed my condition and refused to conduct blood tests. Insisting that I had chicken pox! I became seriously ill and another doctor immediately acted on his lack of action. Arrogant and irrelevant! I would never return to this centre. I was diagnosed eventually with Dengue fever which would have been immediately evident if a blood test had been conducted in the first place.

It took me over six months to recover.

Since my original review I have received advise from a neighbour related to their daughter and our bookkeeper involving inappropriate comments made by Dr Scully.

Our book keeper was told she had nice perky breasts and the question posed to our neighbours daughter was just as inappropriate.

If others have concerns then report to the responsible authority and this guy. Although given other reviews I doubt anything will change in this practice.

North RIngwood medical centre isn’t entirely local for me but I have been using it’s services for the last three years. In that time I’ve seen 4 of it’s GPs and had two of them as regular doctors (only because the first one retired). I have several complex health conditions and have found the quality of care immaculate and the specialists and allied health I’ve been referred to life changing.

It was extrmely nice of Dr Anthony Lim to write me a medical certificate for the TAC so I could reimbursed for the 5-Star Chef 10L Air Fryer since this will help me with my diet and my weight loss.

this croyden doctors is ok but not the best but usally allways on time and maybe 10 mins late but sometimes busy and nice staff and and allways clean.

All of the doctors are caring and thorough. I make my appointments after work hours so sometimes it is difficult to get into your preferred doctor so I can say I have made appointments with most of the female doctors and all are very personable. My family have all been patients here for 15 years. High recommend.

I am currently using Dr Zoe Singleton, who I have found to be very down to earth, caring and so easy to talk to. Every time I go to see her she asks about problems we have discussed previously which means a lot. It shows she doesn't look at clients as just $$$.

I am so impressed with this clinic. The staff are efficient, friendly and the clinic is extremely clean. The lady doctor who took care of me is lovely. All in all a great choice.
