I've been to this doctors clinic about 5 times over the past few years. It's actually a holistic community health service, providing a huge range of health and support services (check the website).

There is bulk-billing, and even if you do not qualify, fees are still very reasonable.

All staff I've met are great. I mentioned to one nurse how I was having trouble getting my Medicare child immunisation rebate, so she sorted it out for me! I think that's above and beyond the call of duty.

There's usually people hanging around the waiting room and outside who look homeless, but it feels safe and fine, thanks to the great receptionists who have a real rapport going with them.

From July 1st 2013, this Community Health Centre has introduced $20 co-payment for medical service to clients who do not have concession cards. Clients who do hold concession cards will be bulk-bill for medical service as usual.

Beside the North Yarra Community Health will be merging with other two community health centres in the West whom are Western Region Health Centre and Doutta Galla Community Health Service .
