Absolutely the best in being helpful, even in the worst of situations as I have experienced first hand. Coming in without a script and in desparate need of pain medication, they looked up my medications on the computer system and I had a tablet as well as a glass of water within 90 seconds. They phoned my home and asked for someone to come and get me. Rolled me in a wheelchair to the waiting car. Showed genuine concern.

The staff in this establishment are atrocious, slow to give assistance, sullen, bad tempered, they all need to attend customer service workshops. They are slow to offer help, and stand around chatting amongst themselves while hoards of people wait to be served
