These guys are great,i thought i needed new shockers and was going to be up for heaps, but it was only a sway bar bush link, or something, which didn't cost me much at all! and they even gave me a beer! Very honest, ill definately be coming back!

I have had a terrible experience with this garage. I was locked in to using them and was charged significantly more than every other quote I received for the work that needed done. I had a full service at this garage and returned 3 months later for a RWC to be told there were major problems with the car, problems that I'd been told about 3 months previously but was advised to wait until the next service to have them reviewed. I was really shocked by how they do business at this place.

I took my car to Northcote Automotive after reading the positive reviews and decided to add my own. The staff are very kind and friendly, my car was fixed on the same day and I found the price to be very reasonable. The owner took the time to answer my questions very patiently and even explained what caused the fault. Really excellent service!

He has always fully explained things which I dont understand, been on time, approachable and for a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the work he has done to my car. WOW! I had an excellent experience. 'Rusty' the mechanic treated my little old Daewoo like a total lady. She came back purring like a new car (well, almost!). Can't fault the service, price or quality. Not often you can say that about a mechanic ... but very deserved in this instance. I will definitely be going back for my next service and tune. EXCELLENT ++++
