Adam was totally professional: he was proactive in identifying causes and addressing them, rather than just effecting a cheap fix. He was efficient and really helpful, and would certainly be the first plumber I would call next time we need some work done.

We called oln Adam on a Saturday and he was able to come to our home within about an hour. He advised us on the various options regarding our failed hot water system and provided a service which enables us to have water running again after about an hour.
