My vehicle had a mishap, resulting in minor front-end damage. Went to see Rabeen for advice, and an estimate of repair cost. Rabeen greeted me warmly, and provided prompt guidance and an assessment of cost. He then, by hand spontaneously fixed most of the damage, on the spot, then asked me to return to finish the job. When I returned, there was really little more to do, but Rabeen then offered to remove a few minor scratches, being quite separate from the original job...Rabeen did not ask for any payment for this marvellous service, generously and efficiently provided... However, I insisted on making a 'token' payment in acknowledgment of such superlative service; service so completely over & above all expectations...The money was reluctantly accepted...My Star Rating for this experience with Northern Beaches Smash Repairs is a big 6 out of 5 !!

I had the worst and the best experience with Rabeen and his crew. The worst part was all my silly fault which I won't delve into today but the best part was they did such a great job on my car and before the scheduled time. Their prices are very hard to beat And the hospitality shown by staff over the phone and at the workshop have been second to none. 15/10 Highly recommend this place.

I've had the easiest, fuss free repair at Northern Beaches Smash Repairs! I was referred to NBSR by my car insurance and it was too easy right from the beginning. I was greeted by the business owner who was friendly and genuine. He even offered to check my car (no charge) to make sure I could drive home safely even before I agreed to use their service. They completed the job on time as promised and I haven't seen my car in a better shape! My car looked new and shiny not just on the outside but inside too! The interior was cleaned up and polished, smelling like new! I couldn't be happier! Thanks NBSR!
