Overpriced and very poor customer service. Staff were rude and talked down to me. Consistently overcharged, despite my return business (more fool me!). When I finally questioned my $1800 bill for a straightforward 100,000k service they got very defensive (this is after looking after the car for 2 years and already having done a lot of major preventative maintenance). Got my subsequent service at the dealership who quoted me half what I paid Northern BM (and washed the car, loaned me a vehicle and made me a cappuccino) Steer clear of these guys!
