I contacted Mike to undertake a pre-purchase building and pest inspection prior to buying our first home. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all my questions, even after ringing him on multiple occasions regarding different properties. When we finally did get an offer accepted on a property, Mike was able to carry out the inspection quickly and thoroughly, providing both a detailed written report, as well as calling me once the inspection was complete to give me a quick overview of the house's condition and if it would pose any issues to the sale.

I was supplied a very quick service yet the report I received was very detailed. A quick service is important when purchasing a property as it allowed me to negotiate on the sale price prior to contracts going unconditional. Michael was also a nice person to deal with.

I had a pest and building inspection done on a property a distance out from Melbourne and had difficulty finding anyone willing to travel. I found this business very helpful, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Upon completion I received a phone call explaining all the details of the report in a very easy to understand friendly manner and all questions I asked answered and explained. This was followed up by written reports emailed to me that same day. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
