I was granted home cleaning services that would be reimbursed by the CTP insurer as a result of a car accident. Most of the cleaning itself was acceptable, apart from the fact that she didn't do alot of the things I'm now unable to such as under beds etc which was the main reason for the services being granted. I used her service on the 14th of March 2014 and paid cash with a promise from her that she would email me a receipt so I can lodge it and be reimbursed. Here it is nearly a month later and after numerous calls, messages and emails she STILL hasn't sent me one so now I'm out of pocket. This is all a bit dodgy and so I would not recommend the use of this service.
