Michael and his 'helper' Arthur were excellent.
The wall was not straight, but after the tiles were on it looked perfect.
Arthur came back after they had finished as the electrician stuffed something up, and fixed it same day - no charge.

Michael, renovated our bathroom & laundry and he did a great job. We had a sunken shower base and he cut tiles to shape the shower base. A couple of the tiles were cut at odd shape not matching the pattern of the rest of the tiles which I'm not happy about but I love the rest of the tiling that he did. If I had of known that he wasn't really experienced with sunken shower bases I would of gone for your normal shower base. Apart from from that I'm happy with the rest of the tiling. I would still recommend him.
