None of the ''mechanics'' could find problem, other guys worked on car than who we spoke to initially, important details not shared.
They kept car for over a week and did nothing to it - simply did not want to deal with it. A total rip off! Do not go there.

The Guy's have serviced & repaired 4 cars for my family, they know what they are doing & decent to deal with. I make sure they service our transmissions every 20 thousand Kms. My recent purchase was a VW Eos which had the trans slipping in first gear, it drives like a dream now after the Guy's serviced it.

Fantastic service and friendly people!. I was given a great quote for an engine swap, it was done in excellent time, with contact made at all points of the job. I strongly recommend Nova to anyone who, is sick of being ripped off by large franchises.

I would like to let you know that i was extremely impressed with nova automatics as the problem i have my car i went to 3 other raa approved automatic transmission specialists and they could not be sure what the problem was and they actually guessed wrong everytime except for nova automatics they found the problem fix the problem at a very good price save me hundreds of dollars . Workshop clean, staff spent time explaining the service, what was found, completed and what needed to be done. Very informative. be back in 10,000k for the nsext service, 20,000 for the transmission.

very happy with the service I received. they spent the extra time to show me all the parts that were damaged and ran through why and how it happened. I found it very informative and they are a great group of guys. I recommend them to any one who wants friendly service
