Terrible experience, when it comes to pay them there are quick but when it comes to do something for the tenants they are ignoring the requests.

Be careful, if you want their long term services, like managing your investment properties. Some staffs are irresponsible and not professional at all. I had a totally frustrated experience with that.

Horrible customer service and long waits for responses! We hired their services for having a property leased and the first tenants were using the place for business After that they gave us an estimate for a future lease in case we had some repair done in the place. The house was painted inside and outside, many repairs were done and not only we had to lease for the same amount as before but we had the place empty for 2 months! They published an inspection date/time and when we drove past to see if there were many people the place was closed and there was no sign of a Novak agent for 30min, after which we gave up. We rang the number that was in the ad to ask about the house and never had a call back! I would never recommend them! Not reliable and slow!
