I believe Novo Shoes at Perth, Murray Street promotes a very good environment in-store, with the employees, looking presentable and helping you out in-store, should you need any help. Unfortunately, sometimes I feel like the store is cluttered or looks cluttered as customers are sometimes able to see what goes on behind the scenes. But other than that, every part of this store is great and I would definitely go back to purchase more shoes. Did I mention they have really nice shoes? Yeah, they do.

Staff were very friendly. Every customer was approached and greeted. I was assisted with styles and sizes. They had a large range of variety of shoes, to meet each individuals style or preference.
