I had a professional pest kill done on our home for spiders, ants and roaches. Novopest answered their phone first call, immediately gave me a price and were able to do the job quickly. The woman who did the spraying was friendly, very thorough and could answer any questions we had. It was $265 with a 12mth guarantee. After a very poor experience with the last pest kill, this was smooth and well done. I would highly recommend Novopest!

Had a problem with ants and cockroaches and found these guys to be very thorough very friendly and at a affortable price had to have a second visit but the problem was solved

whilst searching for pest control in my area online i stumbled across novopest and put in a request for a quote. they got in touch with me that day, at a reasonable time and quoted me a very reasonable price of less than $200 for the full job. they took the time to answer all my questions. they were friendly, professional, prompt and polite.

We had them come in to deal with spiders and cockroaches, and overall quite a good job. Although there is one particular problem that is hard to control (not their fault I guess) they DID come back a 2nd time free of charge as they promised on the website...and the guys are really nice.. can't complain!
