Stopped here for the night to relax before returning to Adelaide from Melbourne. Very nice hotel, good service and lovely meals. Had a light dinner in the sports bar and breakfast in the restaurant area. The room was comfortable with a lounge and spacious bathroom and a balcony. Would like to have spent more time there but needed to return home

I stayed at this beautiful Hotel last weekend for 3 nights with 2 girlfriends & I did not want to leave. The staff were all amazing especially Michael from Front Desk & Stephanie from Bar & Restaurant! Stephanie amazed me by organizing a beautiful plate of gold chocolate dipped strawberries with a candle in one once I mentioned we were there at the hotel & dining in the restaurant as it was friends birthday. She then organised her 2 other staff members to come over & all sang Happy Birthday. Thank you so much! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the best bed I have ever slept in. The only negative I have to add is to get into & out of the over the bath shower was very dangerous. I am on the short side but even my tall friend found it hard & dangerous. Some type of hand rail or something needs to be installed as this I can see as being only a matter of time, if not already someone to seriously injure themselves.

customer service is very good. very fast. nice cosy rooms....nice view....fire places....food is good....great experience....more activities to do
