The staff were more than helpful when i payed them a visit. They took the time to sit and explain all of their different product and work out which would suit me best. Could not fault them. Perfect. Much nicer to talk to someone in person than by phone.

I visited this NRMA office to buy a Caravaning and Camping directory. The new directories weren't in yet so the girl there just gave me a current copy. NRMA sell these to members for $10 - not a lot of money but it still saved me $10. I previously visited them for an International Drivers Licence and they were so quick and helpful. Makes visiting the NRMA a pleasant experience. Also, they don't get too busy so you rarely have to wait to be served.
