Dropped my vehicle at Campbelltown Motorserve (after road service) offered no courtesy car, no offer of ride home , taxi, bus, anything - v hot day, walked 1 hour w my 3yr old to get home. Really upset. Now I have to wait (was advised it may be until tomorrow) for my vehicle to be repaired (he had to bypass the starter relay). So I have no vehicle to pick my children up from school OR pick take them tomorrow. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate as the lady at the desk saw I had a little one with me. Should be staff courtesy to ask if I needed help to get home or if I would like to call someone to pick me up. Not even mentioned! I had to get the pram from the boot of the car, she didn't even offer to run outside with me for 30 seconds to open it for me, I had to get the keys back off her, go out and get the pram out, then bring the keys back to her. I sort of laughed "ok, hahah, might take me about an hour to walk home" hoping that might prompt her to offer something... but no, nothing. I hope my vehicle is fixed quickly and this isn't too expensive as I'm already ticked off enough.

i expected it to good but this was very professional. it was a hot day and i drove in and there was a lot of parking walked in and it was nicely cool. the receptionist was friendly asked if i would like a cool drink.
