I chose this service to do my first ever Australian Tax return! Big mistake! First even though I signed a waiver to contact the ATO on my behalf! They had issues, so I had to take more time out to call them? WHY? Isn't this what I'm paying for? Second! They didn't even know what I am entitled to as a non Aus citizen! They charged me for Medicare even though I CAN'T get Medicare! I had to find out from a friend that I can claim full expenses! WHY DIDN'T THEY KNOW THIS AS SPECIALISTS! So my bill came! I signed a waiver to say "they get my tax return, take their bill and give me what I'm due". Why did I get a bill so?, so I check my papers they gave me when I left their office, and I have a receipt to say "part payment has been received thank you". I go into their office to resolve these issues with the bill and the Medicare bull! Their reception staff took my receipt saying "oh we made a mistake, you just have to pay again, and here's another one of our finest to talk to about your Medicare". Their finest had broken English which couldn't even explain to me why they ballsed it up again!, gave me a form to fill out (AGAIN!) and that I were to call back in AGAIN! I don't think so. NOT EVER AGAIN!
