Twice i have taken a script in to have it filled, went and done some shopping came back to collect my medication and the phamacist had given my medication,medicare and healthcare card to another customer. My personal details have been given to somebody else. He didnt care about breaching my privacy. If this has happened to me twice how many other people has this happened to. Im very concerned he might give the wrong medication to somebody elderly with fatal results. I have reported him to the authorities. I will never use this chemist again
